Honor our veterans and learn about the tools they carried into the best
and least known conflicts in modern history.

Check-in begins at 8:30, event 9am – 3pm

Event is for All Ages
Parents must sign release forms and youths not registered to a participating scout unit must have a parent in
attendance.
Scouts must attend as a unit, you must provide 2-deep leadership. Unit leader must sign-in with youth, you are
responsible for your scouts.
Uniform for scouts: Class A
Prepare for cold wind and rain
Bring: Chair, Bag Lunch, Safety Glasses and Ear protection if you have them.

1. Tour permit.
2. Crew45 firearm parental consent form per youth (2 forms per page).
3. Minimum of Class 2 medical information form for youth (Complete the New_Physical_Form or
the combined C45_PermissionSlip with Medical History).
4. BRPC/Crew 45 Range Rules Form signed by (all three signatures) Parent, Youth,
AND Leader.
5. Activity Permission Slip (BSA Form)
6. Safety Promise signed (safe firearm handling rules) 7. Payment
receipt. If you do not have your receipt and we can not verify your earlier payment you will be asked to
